The SF -2 spectral filter compensates for the colour shift of 4 metres of light path and reduces the brightness by two f-stops.

Features:
The Spectrum Filter SF -2 is designed to compensate for light absorption for all water colours, providing a smooth, balanced light spectrum for your camera's sensor. This greatly improves the colour rendition of your images and matches colour values to daylight for excellent results with manual white balance.
The Spectrum filter SF -2 has a compensation depth of 4m. At this depth, the filter perfectly compensates for the light absorption of the water. The camera then sees a daylight spectrum, just as it does when shooting at the surface.
The filter is designed to provide optimum performance for any water colour from blue to green. It works best in a depth range of 2 to 15 metres. The filter has a damping equivalent to a loss of 1.5 stops.
For a greater depth, we recommend using either SF -4 B (for blue water) or SF -4 G (for green water).
Overview:
- There are three different filters. A lighter version with a 2 f-stop loss and two variants with a light loss of 4 f-stops.
- The variant -4 f-stops is available in two versions for blue and for green water.
- The filters are available for filter threads in sizes 58, 62, 67, 72, 77 and 82mm.
