Payment Information

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

1. prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, stating the purpose of the transfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.

2. delivery on account (only by prior arrangement)

After receipt of the invoice, you transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within 7 days.

3. payment via PayPal, credit card, direct debit

You can pay conveniently via the PayPal payment service. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can easily do this at www.paypal.com. Please note the terms and conditions and other information of PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., which are not the responsibility of PAN Conrad GmbH & Co. KG.

As part of the PayPal Plus programme, you can also pay conveniently by credit card, invoice or direct debit without having to set up a PayPal account. Please note our information in our General Terms and Conditions.

4. payment via Klarna

In co-operation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. Instalment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. Payment by instalments is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice. Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
Direct debit: Your account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the date by e-mail. (Please only list payment methods here that you offer).

The use of the payment methods invoice, instalment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. 5. payment via ApplePay

"You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the order process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple end device by following the verification steps. 6. payment on collection

You collect the goods from us yourself: We will first inform you by email that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can collect the goods by making an appointment at the following address:

In this case no shipping costs will be charged. All PayPal Plus payment options are available in our shop, as well as EC, credit card and cash payment.
