The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.

The goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DHL, UPS (B2B) or a forwarding agent. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the table below.

If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an email (insert email address) before placing an order and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postcode. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to enquire about the shipping options and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

We deliver to the following countries:

Countries of the European Union in unlimited amounts. Countries on the European continent, but outside the EU up to a maximum value of 10,000 euros net.

European Union

Up to a gross value of 200 euros, the shipping costs are a flat rate of 14.90 euros (within Germany 7.90 euros). If the gross value of the goods exceeds 200 euros, we ship free of charge within the EU.

In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.

  • Austria: 2 additional working days
  • Netherlands: 2 additional working days
  • Belgium: 2 additional working days
  • Luxembourg: 2 additional working days
  • All other EU countries: 4 additional working days

If you order several items from us as part of one order for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time shall apply to the consignment of goods as a whole.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date

The delivery period shall commence on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank in the case of payment in advance or on the day after conclusion of the contract in the case of other payment methods and shall end at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Delivery times DHL-Express

The delivery times (‘Next Day’) specified by DHL-Express are non-binding standard delivery times in working days (Mon - Fri) based on experience. Please therefore check the postcode of the recipient at dhl. de/express/laufzeit to obtain the standard transit time as well as the product and service availability, and also check the value of the shipment for dutiable shipments.

If there are any changes in transit times due to external factors, you will always find all the relevant information at: dhl.de/en/business-customers/express/influencing-factors.html.

PanOceanPhoto is neither responsible nor liable for delays in transit times resulting from shipping via DHL Express. The additional costs for selecting the DHL Express shipping method are also non-refundable in the event of cancellation of the order or delayed delivery by DHL Express. PanOceanPhoto only guarantees that the shipment will be handed over to DHL Express on the same working day without culpable delay if we receive your order and payment by 1:00 pm.

For countries outside the European Union

The shipping costs are a flat rate of €14.90 up to a gross value of €1,000. If the gross value of the goods exceeds €1,000, we have to charge a flat rate of 49,00 € due to the increased administrative effort for the customs declaration.

In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you have to add to the delivery time indicated for the respective article.

  • European continent, non-EU: 6 working days
  • All other countries: 14 to 30 working days

Delivery times DHL-Express

Note on the delivery of items containing Li-ion or Li-metal batteries.

We can only deliver these free of charge to destinations that are supplied by the logistics companies by land. Delivery is not possible to destinations where air transport is necessary.
